Hyaluronic acid filler for wrinkles
Hyaluronic acid is an important component of our connective tissue. The hyaluronic acid used for the injections is identical to that found in the skin but is made synthetically in the form of a transparent gel used to fill facial wrinkles.
Around 95% of patients notice a considerable improvement in wrinkles or scarring right away, and the results continue to improve in the seven to ten days following treatment. During the first session and depending on the severity of the wrinkles, we will recommend three applications in intervals of one to four weeks. This builds up a reservoir to ensure lasting results. To maintain the results, we recommend repeating the treatment every four to 12 months. The longevity of the effect depends on the condition of the skin, the area treated, the dosage of the injected product and the person’s lifestyle.
